The *All Digital and Print Media Association, District Doda*, under the leadership of *President Mr. Rayees  Gattu* and *General Secretary Mr. Yawer  Khurwani*, organized a comprehensive *Awareness Programme and Internship Orientation* at *Today News Line* Office Doda. The event aimed to equip students with essential knowledge about ethical media practices, responsible digital engagement, and the latest guidelines outlined in the new media policy.

Addressing the students, the Association representatives emphasized the growing influence of digital platforms and the need for informed and ethical content creation. They explained key principles of journalism, including accuracy, impartiality, verification, and accountability—fundamental values that young media users must uphold in today’s rapidly expanding digital environment.

The session also provided an overview of the *new media policy*, highlighting its importance in maintaining transparency, combating misinformation, and promoting credible journalism. Students were encouraged to understand the legal and ethical responsibilities associated with both digital and print media activities.

In addition to the awareness session, the Association introduced students to upcoming *internship opportunities*, designed to offer hands-on experience in media handling, report writing, digital content creation, and newsroom workflow. The initiative aims to nurture capable, ethical, and media-literate youth within the region.

The College administration expressed appreciation for the Association’s effort, acknowledging the programme’s significance in guiding students toward responsible media participation and future professional growth.
